1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Travacker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, collaborators, and tour operators.

2. Account Registration

To access most features of Travacker you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Permitted Use

Travacker is provided for personal, non-commercial trip planning and collaboration. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it for other users.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the trip data, notes, and other content you create on Travacker. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

If you choose to publish a trip to the community gallery, you additionally grant us the right to display that trip publicly and allow other users to clone it as a template for their own planning.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we deem harmful to other users or the community.

5. AI Features

Travacker includes AI-powered features such as cost estimation, destination suggestions, packing list generation, the trip assistant, and visa/entry requirement information.

These features are provided for informational and planning purposes only. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. In particular:

• Cost estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.
• Visa and entry requirement information may not reflect current regulations. Always verify requirements with official government sources and relevant embassies before travelling.
• Health and vaccination guidance is informational only. Consult a healthcare professional before travelling.

We accept no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Booking Information

Travacker is a planning and organisation tool. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform for flights, accommodation, or transport. Booking details you attach to your itinerary — whether entered manually or extracted from forwarded emails — are stored for your convenience only. We are not a party to any booking you make with a third-party provider and accept no responsibility for the performance, cancellation, or quality of those bookings.

7. Marketplace

Travacker operates a marketplace where verified tour operators and experience providers list excursions and tours. When you book through the marketplace:

• The contract for services is between you and the operator, not Travacker.
• Travacker facilitates payment via Stripe but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of operator services.
• Cancellation and refund terms are set by the operator and displayed at point of booking.
• We verify operators at onboarding but cannot guarantee continued compliance with the standards set at that time.

8. Subscription & Billing

Some features of Travacker require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact [email protected].

9. Intellectual Property

The Travacker name, logo, branding, and all platform code and design are the intellectual property of Travacker and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travacker and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or trip information.
• Inaccurate AI-generated cost estimates, suggestions, or visa information.
• Issues with third-party bookings attached to your itinerary.
• Service interruptions or downtime.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Travacker after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
